Karmaloop, Supply Circuit and Android Homme got together and created a bit of history.
Limited to just 50 pairs worldwide, The Supply Circuit x Android Homme Propulsion drops at the flagship store this Friday, September 3rd, with a banger going down in tribute to the occasion. Our dudes Frank White and Rick Rude will be on the wheels of steel from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., with free drinks, giveaways and much more to celebrate the collaborative drop.
While the new Propulsion has been kept under tighter wraps than a mummy at a freestyle cipher, we can’t give you all of the details just yet - we can, however, let you know that the shoe will feature lambskin, perforated, patent and full-grain leather detail throughout, with satin lining, a custom hand-tag, and collaborative print on the tongue – check out some tasty teaser shots here:

What started in ’05 as a commitment to a long-time dream is now a full-fledged movement.

ORISUE founder and creative director Michael Huynh, partnered with friend and entrepreneur Allen Doan, brought influences from the hip hop, skate and art subcultures to the drawing board with a goal of making their dreams of starting an independent apparel company a reality – just months later, ORISUE dropped a summer line consisting of a dozen tees and and two crew sweaters on some of the world’s most prestigious street-fashion websites to rave reviews.
Following the buzz and strong response from fashion-forward consumers, ORISUE has grown by leaps and bounds over the years and continues to exceeded expectations – and our dudes show absolutely no signs of letting success cloud their vision.
Taking it’s name from the craft most commonly known as origami, ORISUE uses fabric as it’s medium – like paper, fabric is simple and plain until it is blessed with design, color, and stitching – manufacturing a finished product that is more than just art, rather “a physical manifestation of the creator’s self-expression and individuality.”
As a brand that is inspired by life’s many positive elements, including “the expression of affection, hard work and perseverance through adversity and struggle,” ORISUE coincidently mirrors it’s creators and embraces the lifestyles of those among us who make life interesting; from the kid who will bust his ass and break bones trying to nail a trick everyone tells him is impossible to the DJ cutting it up in a basement of 20 or a club filled with thousands to anyone committed to success and being the best, “ORISUE represents those special individuals, and in turn, their excellence represents ORISUE.”
For sure a brand that The Blogs respect and get down with – check out some of our picks after the jump!

Dennis McGrath is the shit.
For those of you familiar with the man’s work, you already knew that. Dude has been shooting iconic skateboarding flicks for almost as long as he’s been attached to his deck throughout a New Jersey-bred childhood, and starting in the mid-1990′s after deciding to take a more serious approach to the art of photography, McGrath has been not only featured in just about every major, minor and in-between skateboard rag from Boston to Beijing, but has found himself in our personal pantheon of photographic greats in the company of Terry Richardson and Glen E. Friedman.
McGrath began to focus on a much more personal and documentary style of photography back in 2005 with a signature story-telling style that is at times beautiful, terrifying, fearless and so pornographic that it makes homeless, junked-out prostitutes blush. Not so much the case with the latest HUF SF collaboration, but we did manage to attract a parade of perverts during our commute through the city rocking The Sasha Gray Tee this morning.
Working out of San Francisco and Los Angeles these days, it was only a matter of time before McGrath’s work would be sought out by West Coast brands, and the Sucka Free City’s own HUF found him at the top of his game with this hookup. Featuring all of your favorite laying-on-the-job luminaries from the adult film industry, McGrath brought humanity, emotion, character and class out of his subjects, including Ryan Keely, Mandy Morbid, April Flores, Belladonna, Kimberly Kane, Charlotte Stokely and the aforementioned Sasha Gray.
Get a closer look at some hi-res shots and the tees now available at Karmaloop.com after the jump.

The definitive brand for denimheads everywhere, Aknowledge looks to be slaying the competition with the up-coming Fall 2010 collection, exuding classic style with fashion-forward experimentation and flawless innovative details. Check out the chambray paired with raw wash denim for that vintage layering style -all the while avoiding the unfortunate Canadian tuxedo look.

The Supreme Propagandists at Obey hit us with some sneak-peeks at the Summer 2010 collection, and for your convenience (but mostly ‘cuz The Blogs are pretty fucking lazy), here they are in gallery form.
A good amount of absolute summertime crucials in the collection, including tank tops to show off your guns, denims to show off your pistols (pause), board shorts, cut-offs and chino shorts, as well as ubiquitous Shepard-style Obey tees.
Another winner from Obey and company – go get some sun and get ready for the summer drop, coming soon!

It took a few lessons learned and many experiences lived before Lifetime Collective, started as a strictly-tee operation by a skateboarder and a snowboarder, began to cut, sew, stitch, embroider and finally flip the more intricate items of it’s line. The early days had been some tough ones indeed, but the growing pains and hardships dealt with ultimately brought the brand to where they stand now – and just like anything, it was well worth the effort.
No longer a two-man show, Lifetime Collective built a team and moved the brand to official-status, culminating in the creation of some of the finer threads on the site. The Generator and Modern Guilt Buttondowns are madness with their classic look and modern cut, pairing perfectly with the reliable, time-tested cardigan combination (checkerboard weave pattern on The Theo is killin’ it), or with a more today and tomorrow look beneath The Real Talk 2.0 Jacket.
